What’s going on?

Hi there,

Today something was wrong, or maybe right !

I got activity signals on all of my Adsense channels even those who I’ve never promoted and haven’t updated for a long time and just kept aside waiting for some free time.

For example Soccer9.com ! or DotBazaar.com, smileygen.com, … that I was going to work on them within next month or so.

It actually worked as a reminder for me.

Anyway recently there is something weird about Adsense for me; Doesn’t matter how many clicks I get, the $ amount is always the same with a little difference.

I really don’t understand the reason since I’m talking about each individual site, comparing for example yesterday and today.

Just as an example, in one of my Adsense channels:

Yesterday x clicks $1.14 and today exactly that site, twice more clicks $0.41 so far and usually it reaches the same amount till end of the day, that seems really strange !

If anyone knows the reason, I would be glad to hear it.

    Hey there,

    I think your sites may of just emerged out of the sandbox and are now being crawled and ranked in search engines more efficently.

    Goodluck with them and im loving the blog! and your arcade sites very nice.

    Welcome back and happy to hear from you.
    Thanks for the guide, if that is the reason I should be happy and I think now is the time to install Google Analytics and track where the people come from.

    Because Adsense sucks!
    That’s the only thing that i can come up with that sounds logical.
    I have never seen the advantage of it. A click that results in a sale on an affiliate link is way more money.
    Yes, they don’t all become sales, but at least on average, if you have good content, and a decent product, you will do better than adsence for the same amount of click throughs.
    Just my 2 cents.

    You are probably right.
    Today one of my channels had 8 clicks = $0.05 !!!
    It’s ridiculous! less than a cent ??
    How comes while I am an Adwords advertiser at the same time and can’t bid less than $0.05-$0.10 ?
    Anyway I’m thinking of a good alternative for some of my sites.
