Thank you for your comment :)
Actually I usually look at "selling" as my last chance and before that I want to try my best to develop a website on it and have some ideas (not interesting enough) but just looking for some free time to start and see how it goes :)

Just found a mistake in my comment. In the 3rd paragraph, “build free” should be "buildfree".

Well, buildfree.org is #1 of about 285,000,000 results for build free in Google. In Google Keyword Tool "build free" is getting decent monthly traffic. buildfree.org is PR4.

1. I would suggest offering your site to them. See what they are willing to pay. It would help if buildfree.com were indexed. (If it is, it's not ranking high).

buildfree.net is PR0 and doesn't rank high for build free, but ranks high #3 for buildfree of 567 results. In Google Keyword Tool "build free" is getting a small amount of monthly traffic.

2. You could offer buildfree.com and buildfree.net to buildfree.org for a much higher price, while negotiating with buildfree.net to buy their site for a reasonable price (to resell to buildfree.org). The package deal might be attractive to buildfree.org as they can divert all the extra traffic to their already High PR site.

That's what I'd do, anyway. Might be easier than developing a website that isn't guaranteed to earn you big money right away.
